Abstract

Se pretende introducir el tema de la teoría y práctica de la recepción masiva de intoxicados en los hospitales, para concientizar y dotar de herramientas al personal que labora en la salud, desde sus directivos hasta los asistenciales, a prestar especial atención a la preparación de las instituciones hospitalarias y de su personal, para hacer frente a los siniestros con víctimas en masa de causa tóxica, tema tan escasamente abordado en la enseñanza actual de pregrado y de posgrado.
