The Civil Defense Scientific Research Center (CICDC) is an institution of the Cuban civil defense system, created to deal with health disasters. Its genesis was in 1981, when the bioterrorism actions of the American government reached their climax with the introduction of hemorrhagic dengue, which generated an epidemic with more than 344 thousand sick people, 158 deaths, including 101 children.Downloads
