Experiencias y reflexiones del Dr. José Hernán Salas Rubio, presentadas en forma de conferencia, en el Congreso Internacional Neuro-Cuba 2017. Es profesor titular y consultante, uno de los más prominentes neurocirujanos cubanos. Ha trabajado como neurocirujano desde 1962 y contribuido a la formación de jóvenes neurocirujanos.
