Reflections on emotional intelligence in times of war, based on a published article

Some assessments are offered on a text published in the Revista Cubana de Medicina Militar, alluding to the emotional intelligence of military leaders in crisis management in times of war. The significance of the construct is connoted in general and other perspectives to be taken into account are offered. Points of contact are established with emotional competencies and their relationship with leadership, resilience and the use of technology.Downloads
